Crust
about 4 cups crushed sweet crackers
100g melted butter
milk(add as much as you want your crust to be moist)
Filling
1 cup peanut butter
1 cup heavy cream 30%
1 cup cream cheese
1 cup castor sugar
1 tblspoon vanilla sugar
pinch of salt
peanuts
blackcurrant jam
Mix your crackers with melted butter,milk. Knead the crust until you get the right consistency and cover the bottom of the baking pan. Refrigerate it for about 20 minutes. Next time for filling! Mix cream cheese with castor sugar and peanut butter. Add vanilla sugar and salt. Beat heavy cream and next mix carefully with the rest. Spread the filling onto the crust. Smear the top with blackcurrant jam and sprinkle with peanuts. Store it in the fridge. Enjoy!
